Privacy Policy
EPL Playground collects the minimum data needed to run an editorial website. This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it, and how you can have it removed.
What we collect
Newsletter: the email address you give us, so we can send the newsletter.
Article submissions: your name, email address, author bio, the article text or PDF you upload and any cover image, so our editors can review and, if accepted, publish your piece with your byline.
Staff accounts: sign-in details for editors, handled by our authentication provider.
Usage: basic, aggregated analytics such as page views and referrers.
How we use it
Only to operate the site: sending the newsletter you asked for, reviewing submissions and contacting you about them, securing admin access, and understanding which articles readers find useful. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Content disclaimer
All articles, headlines, images and analysis published here are owned by EPL Playground or licensed to us, unless credited otherwise. Fantasy Premier League analysis, projections and predictions are opinion and are provided for information and entertainment only — they are not advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy or outcome. All Information shared are for Entertainment Purpose and must not be used for Finacial Benefits.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our managed cloud database and file storage with access restricted to site editors. Uploaded documents and images are kept in a private bucket and are only served publicly once an article is published.
Sharing
We never sell your data and we do not share your email address with advertisers. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers that host the site, database, storage and email delivery on our behalf.
Retention
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Rejected submissions and their files are deleted once review is complete. Published articles remain online with your byline.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can contact us at any time through the contact page to make a request.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep signed-in editors logged in and to measure aggregate traffic. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
